12 Months Fixed Term Contract



We now have a vacancy for an

Administrator

to become a key member of the administration team in our Morrison Construction North East Business Unit, in Kingseat Business Park, Newmachar.


What you will be doing:



General Administrative duties. Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system. Handling requests for information and data. Ordering of any Stationery and Cleaners Products. Archiving any site or office files. Resolving administrative problems and enquiries. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence. Arranging Accommodation/Travel. Processing Expenses.

About You:



Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software including MS Office. Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment. Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping. Viewpoint knowledge or similar would be desirable but not a necessity. Administrative qualification would be desirable but not essential.
