We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Administrator and payroll lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing weekly payroll processes and finance, ensuring accuracy in administration and supporting the Management team and the support workers for their daily enquires within the the Care Home. This role requires a strong understanding of Human Resources, thinking outside the box and showing innovation, showing a high level of Trustworthiness and providing support to the management team with daily activities.
Duties
.
Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Maintain employee records, ensuring all data is up to date and accurate.
Assist with daily petty cash, banking, and payroll duties.
Generate monthly HR reports and analyse data for management.
Collaborate with the human resources department across the different companies within the Newpath Residential Group.
Respond to employee inquiries from payroll issues and disciplinary processes in a timely manner.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information related to employee compensation.
Monitor the House phone and emails and ensure all are answered/responded to in a timely manor.
Experience
Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in computer literacy.
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Knowledge of finance/pettycash/bookkeeping processes is beneficial.
Excellent analytical skills to assess payroll data effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
