Key Responsibilities



Customer Service & Front Desk:



Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional manner Answer phone calls, emails, and appointment inquiries Provide information on services, pricing, and clinic procedures

Administrative & HR Support:



Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records Manage appointment bookings, treatment calendars, and follow-up reminders Assist with staff coordination and internal communications Support HR tasks including document management and onboarding processes

Marketing & Social Media:



Support digital marketing activities including content scheduling, campaign support, and social media engagement Assist with promotions, newsletters, and client communication campaigns

Compliance & Clinic Standards:



Ensure adherence to UK Health & Safety regulations, Fire Safety, and First Aid protocols Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards throughout the clinic Report and address any safety or maintenance concerns promptly

General Office Duties:



Maintain office supplies, cleanliness, and equipment Handle basic accounting tasks and support finance team with documentation

Requirements



Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, administration, or customer service Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of UK health & safety, fire safety, and first aid procedures Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure Experience with social media platforms and digital communication Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), MS Office Interest in health, wellness, or holistic therapies is desirable
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
