Duties:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Utilize Google Suite and other computerized systems for document creation, editing, and organization
- Type and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed
- Provide general clerical support such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and other office software applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
