What You'll Be Doing



As the go-to support for our team, you'll take pride in:



Typing, formatting and proofreading documents with sharp attention to detail



Handling internal and external communication with professionalism



Managing electronic and paper files to ensure seamless organisation



Coordinating diaries, scheduling appointments, and booking travel arrangements



Assisting with client invoicing and monthly financial processes



Using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM Dynamics



Taking accurate messages and redirecting calls with ease and confidence



Supporting court documentation preparation and document exhibits
