54EA Interiors is a fast growing Interior Design company specialising in kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. We design and create places where people want to live.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team in the West Midlands region. The main purpose of the role is to provide efficient and effective customer care service, liaising with customers and contractors.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires excellent phone etiquette, strong clerical skills, and proficiency in various software applications. The ideal candidate will be adept at data entry and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
Liaise with all customers and subcontractors, etc to establish an excellent after sales/maintenance response to all queries
Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Ensure all materials and labour required are available to contractors prior to starting work
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Maintain accurate records through effective data entry and management of electronic files.
Organise meetings, including scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics.
Provide support for office operations by ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and enhance office efficiency.
Experience
Previous experience in an Interior Design field is advantageous.
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail are required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
