Responsibilities
Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members, ensuring effective time management.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents as required.
Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
Assist with the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation and orientation materials.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, fostering collaboration across teams.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries in a professional manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Contribute to the development of office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent applications.
