We are a busy and growing construction company based in Brentwood, Essex, and we're looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive
Administrator
to join our team full time.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent skills in Excel and invoicing. Construction industry experience is a plus but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
General office admin and day-to-day support to the team
Updating and maintaining project spreadsheets using Excel
Processing and sending client and supplier invoices
Tracking project costs and ensuring records are up to date
Managing files and documentation
Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Supporting with timesheets, deliveries, and order processing
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative role (construction preferred)
Confident using
Microsoft Excel
and handling
invoicing
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Good communication skills
Able to manage workload independently and work as part of a team
