Jeff Way Construction are a full service building and maintenance company. Established in 2014 we specialise in Planned works, External works, Improvements and renovations for local authorities, housing associations and commercial properties.
Summary
We are seeking an Administrator to join our dynamic team at Jeff Way Construction. In this role, you will be assisting the compliance team with day-to-day operations by undertaking tasks such as scheduling works for operatives, preparing documentation for projects, and recording data onto Excel spread sheets and other types of software and liaising between colleagues and customers to resolve queries and complaints. You will also need to answer phone calls and liaise with Customers and clients daily. You will be part of a small scheduling team reporting to the project coordinator. You will be a point of contact for our teams to supply information and resolution to non- technical questions.
