to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 30-bedded nursing home, that specialises in the care of individuals with physical disabilities, respite care and younger adults.
What You'll be Doing
Manage and coordinate all administrative functions within the nursing home.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Handle financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and payroll.
Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.
What You'll Need
Minimum of 1+ years' experience in healthcare administration or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in office software and management systems.
Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
