The Role
This is a fulltime, office-based position. We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our team at The Lodge (Admin Centre). This role requires a committed individual who can provide a professional and welcoming reception service, while delivering essential administrative support to the CEO and the Senior Management Team. Given the dynamic nature of this position, successful candidates should be adaptable and proactive.
This is a varied role, and no two days are the same! Responsibilities include; providing an efficient reception service to the Admin Centre and administrative support to the Management team, receiving phone calls and emails, welcoming visitors, maintaining stock of supplies, and maintaining cleaning materials for the Housekeeper. The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills to enable them to produce quarterly staff newsletters, manage meeting agendas and schedules, take minutes, assist the Transport Supervisor with scheduling during absences, and supporting the CEO/ Directors/ Senior Management Team with renewal dates for policies and procedures.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday; 09:00 - 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)
Salary:
30,557.00 per annum
Requirements
The successful candidate will need to have a
minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative based role,
as well as:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience of taking minutes in meetings
The ability to maintain a calm manner when under pressure
