CCK Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and organised Health and Social Care Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support in the health and social care sector, ensuring efficient operation through effective handling of general administrative tasks, file management, and client correspondence.
Undertake various administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining office systems.
Manage and organise electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Email Correspondence Handle incoming and outgoing emails, responding promptly and professionally to queries and correspondence from clients and partners.
Client Interaction Work directly with clients to address their needs, schedule appointments, and provide necessary information regarding our services.
Team Collaboration Collaborate with other team members to facilitate smooth operations and contribute to team meetings and projects.
Compliance and Reporting
Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, and assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in health and social care.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with other office management tools and applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
Desirable:
- Qualification in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Experience in the health and social care sector.
