Office based - Colchester, Essex 13.50 per hour + Benefits Hours : 9h00 - 14h30 (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities
Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all new starters. Post job adverts across various platforms to attract top talent. Actively chase required identification documents from candidates to maintain compliance. Follow up on interview feedback to ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers. Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, providing a friendly and efficient service.

Ideal Candidate
Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Previous experience in a recruitment, HR, or administrative role (preferred but not essential).
