Boiler Genie are looking to recruit an Administrator & Diary Planner. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team based in Finnieston next to Glasgow city centre. The successful applicant must have good communication skills and have excellent attention to detail

Job Role.

Working as part of our survey team, you will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries, scheduling surveys and progressing customer applications.

You will be required to:

Dealing with queries from surveyors Liaise with the customer keeping them informed of work carried out. Updating customer records and accounts. Knowledge / Skills / Qualifications Keen attention to detail Flexible, positive approach - 'Can do' attitude Target & timeline driven The ability to follow a process from start to finish - with accurate, consistent results Ability to work quickly and efficiently Strong communication skills Reliable team player. Must have good computer knowledge.
