Job Role.
Working as part of our survey team, you will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries, scheduling surveys and progressing customer applications.
You will be required to:
Dealing with queries from surveyors
Liaise with the customer keeping them informed of work carried out.
Updating customer records and accounts.
Knowledge / Skills / Qualifications Keen attention to detail Flexible, positive approach - 'Can do' attitude Target & timeline driven The ability to follow a process from start to finish - with accurate, consistent results Ability to work quickly and efficiently Strong communication skills Reliable team player. Must have good computer knowledge.
