The role
We have an immediate vacancy for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our team.
As an administrator, you will provide support within our private client team. This is an ideal position for someone who is detail-orientated, efficient, keen to continue learning and thrive in a professional legal environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Diary management
: Co-ordinating and maintaining diaries including scheduling internal and external meetings, and booking meeting rooms and catering as required
Email management:
Monitoring and responding to emails, forwarding emails, identifying priorities and communicating clearly with the wider team.
Meeting preparation
: Organising agendas, preparing meeting papers and ensuring logistics are in place.
Document management
: Creating, formatting, filing and retrieving legal documents with precision and confidentiality.
General administration
: Handling phone calls, scanning, copying, maintaining records and other office duties as required.
This role is full time, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
The candidate:
Our ideal candidate will have strong organisational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel), able to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion and be proactive and dependable with a keen eye for detail.
