An exciting opportunity to join our Quality department on a permanent basis. As an Administrator you will be responsible for managing the departments testing administration and providing technical support and quality resource to the team, and ensuring product sign off.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support for the team
Coordinate and oversee all finished goods for Brand and Private Label customers, testing by liaising with partner laboratories to ensure alignment with customer requirements
Collaborate with the planning and production departments to schedule testing as products move through the production process in order to meet on OTIF targets
Manage incoming test reports and address test failures by notifying production management for prompt resolution
This is a part time, permanent position working 21 hours per week, with working hours being negotiable for the right candidate.
Salary is starting from 13,759 per annum (pro rata for 21 hours per week), with the full time equivalent 24,897.60 per annum, dependent on experience.

Be able to demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office and be computer and data literate
Have excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail
Be a confident communication that enjoys working with a variety of people
Have the ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously whilst prioritising workload
Be proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
