Essential Skills & Attributes:
To be self motivated To work well in a team environment To be well organised and have the ability to prioritise workloads to adhere to deadlines To have a consistently positive attitude including whilst working under pressure To have excellent customer service skills and experience To have excellent spoken and written communication skills Maths and English GCSE grade A - C or equivalent To have the ability to follow instructions, policies and procedures Experience of confidentiality and Data Protection To have administration experience To hold a UK driving licence
Desirable Skills & Attributes:
Industry qualifications Knowledge of the block management or property industry
Experience within the property industry is desirable although full in house training will be provided. Flexibility for this to be a long term position or to progress in a career towards Estate Manager including qualifications.

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
