About the Role:





This is a hybrid role based in Reading, with an office presence expected at least twice per week. Likely to be a 6 month fixed term contract with the potenial to go permanent, we are currently seeking a HUB Projects Administrator to join our Member Engagement Hub, supporting a range of member communication and pension-related projects. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and supporting project delivery in line with client expectations and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities:




Deliver excellent front-line customer service via phone and email. Create and issue member communications and letters. Maintain and update member records and databases. Handle member responses and perform eligibility calculations. Support a variety of member engagement projects (e.g. tracing, address verification, options exercises). Produce and collate Management Information (MI) reports. Liaise with clients, actuaries, consultants, providers, and third parties. Assist with project implementation and process improvements. Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and relevant legislation. Contribute to the development and maintenance of HUB processes and systems.



Your Profile:


Essential:




Previous experience in a customer service environment. Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy in both written and numerical tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Positive, flexible, and proactive approach to learning and work responsibilities. Able to follow procedures, take ownership of tasks, and work effectively in a team. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and applications.



Desirable:




Demonstrates a commitment to a career in pensions administration and continuous improvement.



Preferred Qualifications:




GCSEs in Maths and English (minimum grade C or 4).
