We're looking for a motivated and highly organised
HR Administrator
on a
fixed term contract until 24th December 2025,
to help keep everything running smoothly within the HR department.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll provide reliable, efficient administrative support -- from updating systems and managing documentation to being the first point of contact for queries. Your attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure will ensure our employees, volunteers and stakeholders receive the consistent support they need.
Key responsibilities include:
Keeping employee and volunteer records up to date
Handling references, onboarding and leaver processes
Managing HR inbox queries and escalating where appropriate
Drafting letters and maintaining branded documentation
Assisting with meetings, taking notes, and general admin tasks
Ensuring all HR data and systems are accurate, compliant, and secure
Salary: 12.68 per hour. 23,077.60 per annum
Hours per week: 35
Weeks per Year: 52. Fixed term contract until 24th December 2025
Closing Date: 10th August 2025, 12.00pm

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who's approachable, discreet, and dependable -- someone who takes pride in being organised, responsive, and accurate. You'll be a natural multitasker who enjoys bringing clarity and order to busy environments.
Your Skills & Experience
Experience in an administrative role (HR admin experience is a bonus)
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Confident working independently or as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with care
Excellent attention to detail and time management
