To support the Office Manager and Business Support to co-ordinate and facilitate purchasing requirements Responsible for maintaining all the records pertinent to the Universities Work proactively to support the Corporate ACP Lead in the monitoring of data which supports the trainee and qualified ACPs Responsible for booking rooms for meetings/education sessions as required for AHP PEF team and Corporate ACP Lead, keeping accurate details of associated costs Attend meetings, working groups, training and briefing sessions as appropriate and link in with other secretarial meetings to ensure professional support and development Please note: This role does not meet the minimum criteria for visa sponsorship under the current UK immigration rules, which set specific salary and skill thresholds.
