The role


We have a great opportunity that has arisen within our dedicated

Asset Compliance Team

for an experienced

Administrator.

You'll be responsible for providing a full range of administrative and support services to facilitate the effective and efficient operation of the team and department. This role is offered on

Fixed Term Basis

until

31st of July 2026.



Responsibilities will include:



Booking appointments and co-ordinating these with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders. Raising jobs across a wide range of systems. Providing general administrative support for meetings e.g., booking rooms, sending out invites, producing agendas, taking minutes, producing action trackers, etc. Monitoring compliance email inboxes and responding with prompt and accurate information. Accurately processing and storing incoming data, compliance certification, guarantee and warranty information.

This is a hybrid position working out of our office in

Maidstone, Kent

at least 2 days per week.

What we you'll need :



Experience within an Administrative role Strong IT skills sufficient to operate data systems and other software packages to effectively manage compliance streams You'll be able to work under pressure, manage workloads and prioritise your tasks You'll have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with good attention to detail Housing Association / Local Authority (Council) experience (Desirable)*
