Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and keen individual to join our team to support the Technical Team and the admin aspect of the role.
The Role
Help to file daily paperwork for production.
Assist with internal audit administration.
Arrange in-house training and refresher training if required.
Printing documents for production when required.
Communicating with suppliers with regards to company information.
Reviewing all documentation ensuring index register matches the references.
Raising purchase orders when required.
Assist with any complaint responses.
This role is a 3 month fixed term contract with immediate availability.
