Ipswich Mortgage Centre Ltd is an Independent Mortgage Brokerage based in Ipswich town centre.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support.

We are professional, fast-paced, customer-centric, and our goal is to assist in the smooth transition of the mortgage process to benefit our clients and offer a favourable image of the business, whilst liaising with related third parties in an efficient and professional manner.

This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour.

Responsibilities



Assist in the smooth transition of the customer mortgage experience. Liaise with third parties to ensure all documentation is received and present as required. Check that requests for information are answered. Check that any decisions have been properly recorded. Assist in the completion of the daily task list. Answer the phone, take messages, and direct calls to the relevant people. Keying client applications on various lender and insurance company websites.

Skills



Proficient in computerised systems. Strong clerical and administrative skills with attention to detail. Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 19,000.00-22,500.00 per year
