Job Description

We are looking for a temporary administrator to support our team for a period of 9 months.
Role duties:

  • Organise and maintain end user IT asset records
  • Co-ordinate end user IT asset repairs with 3rd party hardware support company
  • Procurement of IT hardware and software using the PO system to generate orders. Dealing with 3rd party suppliers where necessary
  • Maintain mobile phone contract system, adding/removing connections
  • Organise purchase invoices and distribute to the relevant accountants
  • Distribute site setup requests to the relevant 3rd party network communications company
  • Maintaining IT staff attendance sheets for HR
  • Maintain the IT Site Hire system, to record on/off hiring of items, and generating the associated sales invoices
  • New starter tracking and organisation
  • Generate a list of IT stock chargeables every month and maintain stock levels
Key skills and experience required:
  • Previous experience working in an administration role
  • Basic understanding of IT terminology is desirable
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office
  • Able to work autonomously and use own initiative
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Minimum of Maths & English GCSE grade C
