Here at Settle we are looking for an Administrator to join our Damp and Mould Team.
Your excellent organisation skills will be used to provide administration support to the Damp and Mould Repairs Team, ensuring excellent customer service is provided.
Outline of Key Responsibilities...
Provide administrative support to the Damp and Mould Repairs team- including bringing works forward to maximise operative productivity, processing callout jobs and assisting with the daily organisation of works.
Progress maintenance repairs through to completion through our invoicing process.
Complete the daily Operational Report which is used to manage individual operative performance and keep track of how many jobs are being completed on average by each operative.
Liaise with customers to reschedule works- whether that is moving appointments back or bringing work forward
Monitor open jobs on the WIP (works in progress) dashboard.
Accurately input and maintain a variety of data.
Oversee the Exceptions Report to ensure that any errors are dealt with as soon as possible
Vary orders ensuring that they have the correct coding and time allocation to maintain scheduling accuracy.
Distribute post.
Assist in maintaining records, files and policies to ensure they are kept up to date.
Carry out any other reasonable duties to deliver great service
We are looking for someone who has...
Previous experience working in an administrative and customer service role
Confident using MS word, excel, outlook.
Able to navigate confidently through work scheduling systems & housing management systems.
Be a proactive team member
Ability to communicate accurately clearly in writing & verbally and ensure that customer care standards are maintained.
You will work methodically and have great attention to detail
Input data accurately and pay close attention to figures when processing works
Be able to work in fast paced environment, prioritise your workload and multi-task when required.
Problem solve with a common sense approach
Understand domestic building maintenance and works sequencing
Experience of working in a Damp and Mould Repairs team is desirable
