We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join our team at HMP Lewes, a category B men's Prison located in East Sussex.
Hours
The site currently offers Monday - Friday; 8am - 4pm
Salary
This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to 327,582 per annum - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing
As an Administrator your responsibilities will vary. You will
  • Contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site
  • Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning etc.

Qualifications required
  • English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication skills
