Henderson Wholesale is a leading Wholesaler in Northern Ireland and supplies goods to over 450 stores across various brands such as SPAR, EUROSPAR and VIVO. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Fresh Foods team as a Logistics Administrator - Inbound. In this key role, you'll support the smooth running of our inbound operations by providing efficient and accurate administrative support using our Warehouse Management System.

As a Logistics Administrator - Inbound, you will:



Support the inbound receiving team by preparing and organising all relevant documentation Be the first point of contact for inbound drivers, offering assistance and resolving queries professionally Communicate with hauliers and suppliers to ensure deliveries are accurate and arrive on time Keep warehouse management and the replenishment team informed of any inbound issues Provide additional support to outbound operations by assisting with order processing and promotional releases. Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy

Skills for Success





Joining us as Logistics Administrator - Inbound the minimum criteria you'll need is:

5 GCSE's A-C (or equivalent), to include Maths and English. Previous administration experience. Proven knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

The Attributes you'll need include:

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative

Strong numerical and written skills, with excellent attention to detail

Clear and confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external partners

Well-developed organisational skills with a methodical approach to tasks

Capable of managing priorities and escalating issues when required

It is Desirable if you have:

2 A Levels (Grade A-C) or Equivalent Previous experience in an FMCG environment, particularly within inbound operations. Experiencing working with a Warehouse Management System.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week. Working hours will be 6am-2pm Monday to Thursday and 6am-2:30pm Friday.
