  • Act as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate and maintain the team rota to support effective resource planning
  • Manage and update team subscriptions to relevant platforms and services
  • Input and maintain accurate information in team documents and spreadsheets
  • Process invoices and ensure accurate financial administration

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to provide essential support to a busy team delivering impactful communications projects., * Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within PR, communications, or a similar environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner * Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail * Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with spreadsheets * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting * A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting team objectives
