Job Summary



We are looking for a hard-working, reliable and conscientious Administrator to join our busy Mail Team in our London office.

You will enjoy working with a high level of intensity and focus, and provide our customers and staff with a smile at all times - to maintain a positive working atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, with a natural willingness to work paid overtime hours when required, to ensure high mail volumes are processed in a prompt fashion, as is common in busy mailrooms.

This role would suit someone looking to build a long-term career with a growing e-commerce company.

Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, the Administrator (Mail Team) will carry out high-volume administrative tasks using our Digital Mailroom technology, as well as carry out general mail-related tasks such as sorting mail and returning to sender, as part of a team. This job requires a willingness to work paid overtime hours when required, during busy periods.

Responsibilities



To perform administrative duties ranging in complexity using our Digital Mailroom technology To log mail in an efficient and accurate matter onto our CRM To sort items of mail from mailbags into relevant categories To process return to sender mail in an efficient and accurate manner To deal with low volume of customer queries via email and phone

Skills and experience required



Experience working in a high-intensity role with excellent attention to detail Previous mail room experience is not mandatory but would be beneficial Good computer literacy with a fast typing speed Positive mentality and willingness to learn Excellent work ethic and the ability to work with focus for long periods Reliability and punctuality Flexible, with a willingness to work paid overtime hours when required Good customer service skills Good written and verbal English communication skills
