Job Summary



We are seeking a hard-working, reliable, and conscientious Administrator to join our fast-paced Post Room team in our London office. Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, the successful candidate will perform high-volume administrative tasks using our Digital Mailroom technology, along with general mail-handling duties such as sorting and processing return-to-sender items. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistent focus, and a positive attitude to maintain a supportive and upbeat working environment. Flexibility is essential, including a willingness to work paid overtime during busy periods to ensure mail is processed promptly. In a nutshell



Perform a range of administrative tasks of varying complexity using advanced Digital Mailroom technology

Accurately and efficiently log incoming mail into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Sort incoming mail items from mailbags into designated categories for further processing

Process "Return to Sender" mail in a timely and accurate manner

Provide support for inbound customer service calls during peak periods, delivering a high standard of customer service over the phone

Communicate professionally and effectively with customers via email, ensuring a consistently high level of service
