Based at our Mallusk office, the successful candidate will play a key role in planning and scheduling job orders, coordinating annual boiler services, and responding to heating breakdowns for our clients. You'll be responsible for assigning work to our team of Maintenance Engineers using our internal booking system, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and on time.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle enquiries from private customers, internal managers, and staff in a professional and helpful manner
Process and issue job orders promptly, following internal procedures and meeting contractual timeframes
Provide support to onsite Engineers, ensuring they have all necessary details to complete work on time and to standard
Keep the internal IT system (Accuserv) updated with accurate and current job information
Gather and prepare reports or data for Supervisors and Managers as needed
Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously
Maintain a positive and efficient approach in all interactions with clients, customers, and colleagues
Carry out any additional duties as required by management
Personnel Specification:
Essential Criteria:
Previous experience in an office-based customer service role, including making outbound calls
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of Excel
Desirable Criteria:
12 months' experience in an office based customer service role

Flexibility to work in other locations as required
