We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Small Works Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Small Works Team by providing essential administrative support. This position requires IT and communication skills to effectively manage daily tasks.
Duties
Raise Contract/Job/Tender no's
Create electronic/hard copy files
Assist Contract Managers with H&S administration
Scanning and filing
Archiving of information
Maintenance of spreadsheets
Maintenance and distribution of Rota for the Out of Hours Team
Assisting with overflow of reception duties when required (answering phones helping with the post)
Administrative assistance for the Maintenance Team
Skills
Proficient in Word/Excel
Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work with computerised systems for data management and reporting
Demonstrated administrative skills with experience in an office environment
Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
