We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our Hire team based in Newton le Willows.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the efficient day to day running of the hire desk function of the business at the Speedy premises. To provide a customer-focussed sales and reactive booking service ensuring maximum operation of our fleet in line with Speedy customer needs.
Key Objectives
Answering telephone calls and email queries.
Liaise with key contacts within our national depot network
Ensure customers are contacted with issues in advance and managing their expectations.
Accurate checking off completed work to assist Finance with Invoicing.
Follow best practice, ensuring a common understanding of all operational procedures and expected work behaviours.
In addition to those responsibilities as required an in agreement with management any other duties that may need completing.
Support the Hire Desk Co-Ordinator
Essential Skills
Attention to detail.
To be able to communicate and manage customers with confidence.
Enthusiastic and able to use own initiative.
Knowledge of company systems and policies.
A thorough awareness of any safety issues.
Excellent standards of verbal and written communication.
Computer Literate, able to create & maintain MS word, excel.
