About Us
We are a growing holiday lodge, glamping, and camping provider offering unique countryside stays for our guests. Currently operating four lodges and rapidly expanding to thirteen individual units, we pride ourselves on creating memorable, stress-free experiences in a laidback rural setting. As the business grows, we're looking for a dedicated Administrator / Personal Assistant to join our small team and take charge of the behind-the-scenes running of our operations.
The Role
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to play a key role in the growth of our business. The position is primarily remote and very flexible, with much of the work being light and reactive throughout the day. Most activity happens from 2pm onwards, when guests check in, so you'll be on hand to manage enquiries, handle issues, and keep everything running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the backend system, booking system, and guest messages
Handling guest enquiries, bookings, and customer communication
Managing and resolving complaints with professionalism and care
Controlling pricing and booking strategy to ensure strong occupancy and revenue
Managing emails from customers and businesses
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the owner
Attending regular catch-up meetings with the owner (virtual/in-person as required)
Running occasional errands as and when needed
Taking responsibility for the smooth operation of the business backend
Adapting to new responsibilities as the business expands
About You
