Job Description

We are seeking an Administrator for our Reading office at Caversham Bridge House (CBH), which is the one of the our largest offices within the UK & Ireland and is a working hub to c.300 people from across the Stantec business.


You will be part of a collaborative Admin team in CBH looking after admin and office facilities to provide an effective and flexible service to support the general office, technical teams/managers and groups. You will undertake a variety of tasks including proactive diary management including arranging and managing appointments, lunches, travel and accommodation and producing itineraries and other documents as required.


You will be working with lots of people with different requirements and personalities, so it is important to be able to adapt your style as required.


A key part of your role will be at the forefront of our client experiences which includes responsibility for maintaining and enhancing our professional front of house service. Being the first point of contact for telephone enquiries and welcoming visitors to the office so you will need to be comfortable with dealing with a high volume of external and internal parties.


About You:




You will have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and have strong skills in Microsoft Office ( Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel) . You will have strong communication and organisational skills. A high degree of self-management, initiative, reliability and flexibility to ensure that the best possible service is given to internal and external clients.
