We are looking to recruit experienced Operational Administrator to join our back-office team based at our Sheffield office, working with a team of individuals to meet Energy sectors targets and deadlines for setting up customer enquiries.
We are working on behalf of the major energy suppliers installing and replacing electrical fuse upgrades within customers properties, our job is to ensure these customers enjoy a first-class customer service experience, from the initial contact, technical surveys through to the final works to be carried out.

The Role - (Key aspects of the job will involve):
Customer/client service to a high standard.
Accuracy in data inputting on numerous databases.
Liaising amongst internal and external departments.
Answer all telephone calls both internally and externally in a professional and timely manner.
Learning and understanding all application requirements and individual needs.
Ensuring tasks are processed and completed within Client Target Response SLA's.
Working as a team to meet strict deadlines and KPIs.
