We are looking for a
Adminstrator - Stock Control, Good In & Returns
based in our
Harlow Head Office.
About the Job
Allocating, Replening and printing all order types, within agreed admin processes.
Matching orders and dispatch / transport paperwork.
Controlling specific Customer logistics requirements, ensuring correct paperwork and additional
labeling requirements are met.
Cancellation of Pick tickets, Orders, and transport labels.
Communicating all stock issues to agreed Stock control process including but not limited to stock
damages, shortages, and batch expiration.
Producing Daily Reports to compliment Warehouse targets.
Ensuring proforma's for Channel Islands are attached to pick list paperwork.
Provide cover for other Administration colleagues.
Occasional pick / pack orders in warehouse.
Assist with kit assembly.

Essential qualifications:
Strong administration skills/Microsoft Office skills
Able to multitask in a fast paced and complex environment with the ability to work to tight deadlines with a flexible attitude
Good relationship builder and team player who can work unsupervised
Attention to detail is key for the multitude of bespoke client request
