Administrator - Land & Technical (Property Development)

Walbury Homes is a growing North West-based housebuilder, and we are looking for a highly organised and capable administrator to support our land and technical team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience--preferably within property or construction--who can manage multiple streams of pre-construction work and technical coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the land buying process by coordinating due diligence and technical inputs before purchase
Organise the tendering, negotiation, and appointment of technical consultants:
Architects
Engineers
Planning consultants
Surveyors
Warranty providers
Utility and service providers
Ensure all technical matters are resolved and documented prior to site acquisition
Maintain detailed records, spreadsheets, and reports using Excel and other software tools
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in administration (property/construction background preferred)
Strong skills in Excel, data management, and document control
Highly organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple deadlines
Confident communicator with excellent written English
Academically strong with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
