Would you like to be a part of an innovative, collaborative and inclusive team working in Special Schools across West Sussex? We are looking for an administrator with excellent communication and organisational skills to provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to our team of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists working in Special Schools. The hours for this post are to be worked term time only.
The successful applicant will have strong team working skills, demonstrate an ability to form effective working relationships with NHS, Schools and West Sussex County Council staff and be a highly competent user of MS Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint). They will be confident in supporting the team with coordinating and minuting meetings, updating and maintaining databases, including electronic patient records, and dealing with all those who come into contact with the team in a sensitive, confidential and professional manner.
