The role:
We are seeking an administrator at HMS Raleigh to complete the following tasks
General office duties, good knowledge of excel, work and outlook
Answering the phone, filing
Processing sales and purchase orders on to our system
Preparing O&M manuals and Construction phase plan folders
Checking job Costings
Liaising with our engineers, Sub contractors and other Dodd Group offices
This is a fast paced and busy working environment, dealing with inbound and out calls and maintaining databases and engineer's information and diaries as required.
As the Administrator, you will liaise with and co-ordinate the team and sub- contractors to deliver works on time and on budget. You will respond to queries for clients, staff and engineers swiftly and effectively, offering resolution with minimum impact on service delivery.
You will be the first point of contact between the client and the engineer or contractor;
You will need:
You will have previous experience of working alongside a team; you will have the ability to prioritise your work and act on your own initiative if required. IT skills (basic packages) and strong communication skills are essential.
