As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised and confident Administrator to join our team.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our operations. This vital role involves direct communication with customers, internal coordination with our workshop, and ensuring our bike deliveries and collections run smoothly. You'll play a central part in keeping our admin systems efficient and our customers happy.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Handle messages across email and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
Manage new and existing customer queries, bookings, and complaints
Use internal systems to schedule and allocate bikes for builds and deliveries
Liaise with the workshop to ensure timely builds and preparation of bikes
Organise delivery schedules using our logistics system and notify customers accordingly
Maintain accurate customer records and job logs
Support management with general administrative duties as needed
Ensure all customer interactions reflect the company's high standard of service
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role
Confident communicator with excellent telephone and written skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using computer systems and social media messaging platforms
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and professional attitude with a proactive mindset
Experience with scheduling, logistics, or workshop coordination (desirable but not essential)
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, based on 40-hour working week across five days. Working days will fall between Monday and Saturday, with a schedule provided in advance. Saturday shifts will be shared on a rotational basis among with administrative team to ensure fair coverage. We will be flexible and accommodating with this when possible.
