We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our nursery provision at Frederic Street in Walthamstow.
The successful applicant will bring their own creativity, inspiration and admin skills to facilitate excellent administration support to the manager, whilst taking responsibility for the bookings systems and parental accounts for the setting. The administrator will be pivotal in the growth and success of the setting ensuring we are fully integrated within the local community helping to establish and strengthen those links.

Training -
All staff receive a core training package during their probationary period ensuring all statutory training is complete. What Do We Need From You -
Administration Experience
- This role does not require any specific qualification however previous admin experience is desirable. Admin experience within the early years and a basic understanding of ratios and funding would be advantageous, however training would be provided.
12 hours paediatric first aid
- All staff hold a current certificate, however if this has expired, this training is offered as part of the initial core package.
Relevant safeguarding/child protection training
- This is also offered as part of the core training package, if required, but a willingness to update training regularly is a must.

Hours
20 hours per week, Monday - Friday, all year round.
Duties include;
Undertake a wide range of clerical tasks including word processing, spreadsheets, photocopying, typing, filing and data entry.
To be the first point of contact for parents and provide information on C4K Admissions' procedures using a variety of methods.
To develop and maintain parental waiting lists.
Ensure a confidential, professional, customer focused approach always.
To answer general parental queries and refer as appropriate.
Develop and maintain children's records electronically using specific software.
Engage in partnership working both internally and externally.
Provide administrative support to the Nursery Manager.
To provide on-site support to the finance manager in maintaining and monitoring parental accounts ensuring they are up to date and paid in full.
To meet our obligation for the completion of the statutory Early Education funding requirements.
To be responsible for the ordering and purchasing of resources as required i.e., Nursery Catering, ESPO, etc.
Support marketing and information events that promote Crazy 4 Kids' services where appropriate.
Attend scheduled staff and/or company meetings as required.
To contribute to the overall ethos, work and aims of Crazy 4 Kids Ltd
Undertake relevant training for the role as identified in performance management meetings.
Carry out any other duties within the range and scope of the post that may be required to meet service demands.
