We are working with a leading provider of integrated facilities management and infrastructure solutions who is seeking a Training Administrator to join their Watford-based Learning and Development (L&D) team.
In this essential support role, you will coordinate the smooth delivery of training across the organisation. From scheduling and logistics to maintaining accurate records and handling internal queries, you'll ensure the training process runs efficiently and professionally.
Whether you have prior experience in a training admin role or are looking for an entry point into the field, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate training sessions, venues, and trainers across the business
Manage delegate registrations, sending confirmations and joining instructions
Respond to training-related queries from internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, including attendance logs and certification tracking
Process invoices and payments for external training providers
Gather and analyse feedback to inform and improve future learning initiatives
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data handling
Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities
A confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel (filters, data management)
A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn in a collaborative team environment
Previous administrative or L&D experience (desirable but not essential)
