To provide efficient and practical administrative support across all areas of the business, including the regional operations team, company directors, and departmental leads. This role ensures that documentation, data, diaries, communications, and resources are managed accurately and on time, supporting smooth day-to-day operations and strategic coordination across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Support Across Business Functions
Provide administrative support across all departments: Sales & Marketing, Operations, Commercial, and Finance
Assist departmental leads with meeting coordination, document preparation, and internal communications
Act as a flexible support resource to ensure consistent service across the business
2.
Operational Support & Documentation
Support the regional operations team and local delivery teams with daily coordination
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time
Maintain clear, up-to-date operational records

Data & System Management
Input and manage data within internal operational systems
Track tasks and responsibilities from start to completion
Organise and share data with internal teams and external stakeholders
4.
Scheduling & Resource Coordination
Organise calendars, meetings, and forward planning sessions
Support directors and team leads with diary management
Coordinate logistics and assist with resourcing challenges as needed
5.
Executive Support
Provide direct support to the company directors, including diary and inbox management
Prepare documentation for director-level meetings
Assist with general email organisation and follow-up actions
6.
Staff Onboarding & Internal Communication
Maintain accurate staff and project-related records
Support onboarding for new staff to ensure smooth integration
Manage internal communications relevant to business processes
7.
IT & Technical Support Liaison
Log and escalate IT issues as needed
Support resolution of routine IT matters to maintain operational flow
Arrange IT access for new staff or temporary workers
8.
Financial & Compliance Admin Support
Assist with basic finance-related administration, including expense tracking
Maintain compliance documentation and daily reporting records
Provide administrative support to the finance and commercial functions
Desirable Skills and Experience
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience supporting multiple departments simultaneously
Prior experience in an
administrative leadership role
, overseeing office or team functions
Construction industry experience
(highly desirable)
Comfortable supporting senior managers or directors
Proficient in diary/email management and document coordination
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with IT systems and handling sensitive information
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
