Are you an irganised, proactive, and detail-driven professional with a passion for supporting high-performing teams? We're looking for a dynamic Administrator to join our organisation, providing seamless administrative support to both our HR and Project Management Office (PMO) teams.
This is a unique, dual-role opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and is looking to grow within collaborative and forward-thinking organisation.
What you'll do:
You will split your time between the HR and PMO teams, ensuring both functions are running efficiently and effectively. Your core responsibilities may include:
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee and training records
Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, including contract preparation and induction scheduling.
Support recruitment activities - interview scheduling, candidate communications.
Coordinate training sessions, performance review cycles and employee engagement activities.
Respond to general HR enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
PMO Administration:
Support project documentation and governance processes
Coordinate and track project timelines.
Assist with fleet management with reporting, servicing and maintenance and accurate vehicle checks.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from project meetings.
Experience in an HR or Project-related environment is a plus - but above all, we're looking for someone who is eager to learn, highly dependable, and ready to make a real impact.
