We're now looking for a proactive
Office Administrator / Lead Coordinator
to join our team. You'll play a key role managing new enquiries, booking surveys, and keeping our CRM system running smoothly -- making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is confident on the phone, and takes pride in being organised and reliable.
What You'll Do
Handle new leads from ads, website, and referrals.
Call and qualify homeowners, answer basic questions, and
book home surveys
.
Use our CRM (HighLevel) to update lead stages and manage follow-ups.
Send reminders and confirmations to reduce survey no-shows.
Support the sales and operations team with admin tasks and scheduling.
Keep notes, tasks, and reports accurate and up to date.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Confident, clear, and friendly phone manner.
Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Tech-savvy -- comfortable learning new CRM and admin systems.
Prior experience in an admin, customer service, or appointment-setting role is helpful but not essential.
