We are looking for three enthusiastic and capable colleagues to join us on a permanent, full-time contract.
This exciting and varied role will involve providing advice and guidance to prospective applicants and their supporters. You will have specific responsibility for making admissions decisions within pre-agreed frameworks for a range of applications submitted via UCAS and other routes. You'll also have the chance to help with a range of other activities, including delivering staff training and representing the University at Open Days and recruitment Exhibitions.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, highly organised, adaptable, and have excellent customer service. You will bring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in your work and have a proactive approach to problem solving. Our work is fast paced and high volume, so remaining calm and resilient will be key to success. You will help manage a timely, efficient and fair admissions process that delivers an excellent applicant experience.
As part of the role there may be opportunities to support work in different areas of the department or the wider Communications, International and External Affairs division.
