We help students start university through their work experience or qualifications, onto either a foundation degree courses or direct entry or postgraduate courses, most of the programs are 2 days a week and 100% Government Funded and Our service is 100% FREE!
We have a very unique establishment and we have grown extensively since we launched in 2018, with a client database of over 2,000 students and expanding. Now we are looking for a new addition to the platinum team.
The right candidate will be someone who is up for a challenge and is extremely good at multi-tasking, someone who is willing to act on their own initiative and make a difference to the company in the long term.
We are looking for:
Someone who is trustworthy.
Has experience using excel, outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Good customer communication skills
Strong organisation skills.
What does this job consist of - The day-to-day responsibilities of the role will depend on your day to day activities, but the main tasks are stable, and will include but are not limited too:
Company Phone and Laptop/PC
Supporting with the full admissions cycle in the company.
Ensuring that students complete the full process and that they understand the registration process.
Following up with students who are missing documents.
Ensuring a clean, organized, and dated student system is in place.
Supporting with management of the outreach partners and updating the system.
Ensuring correct documents are received.
Advising students through the student finance application.
Preparing students for university interviews.
Keeping regular communication with students.
Submitting applications and chasing documents when needed.
Other duties may be required by the company to ensure productivity and achievement of targets.
Handle incoming student applications and ensure all required documents are collected correctly and on time.
Book student interviews and support them with basic preparation guidance.
Make follow-up calls, texts, and emails to students to keep their applications moving forward.
Update CRM records accurately and maintain organised digital files.
Liaise with student advisors, consultants, and university contacts to track application progress.
Answer advanced student queries about courses, Student Finance, and next steps (full training provided).
Provide general admin support to the wider admissions and student support teams.
Previous experience in the education sector is a plus but not necessary.
