CQC Registered Manager
to lead our established service inNorth Liverpool
. This is a rare opportunity to manage a service supporting adults (aged 18-65) withLearning Disabilities (LD)
andMental Health (MH)
diagnoses while securing a protectedMonday to Friday (9:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
schedule.With a current
"GOOD" CQC rating
, you will be key in maintaining quality, driving improvement, and leading an engaged team.Your Core Responsibilities
As the Registered Manager, you will be the operational and clinical leader, providing full oversight:
CQC Compliance:
Formally register with the CQC and ensure the service consistently meets all CQC Fundamental Standards.Quality & Safety:
Champion a culture of high-quality,person-centred support
that promotes positive outcomes and independence.Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, recruit, and develop the staff team, fostering a supportive and effective working environment.Operational Management:
Oversee service budgets, manage the referral process, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.What We Offer You

Qualification:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
for Adult Care (or equivalent).Experience:
Proven experience as aRegistered Manager or Deputy Manager
within a CQC-regulated adult care setting.Driving:
Must hold a validUK Driving Licence
.Knowledge:
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practice in supporting adults withLD and MH needs
.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00-34,000.00 per year
