Please refer to the attached Patient Specification and . Support the Lead Pharmacist for Antimicrobial Stewardship to manage elements of the pharmacy clinical service. To provide cover for Diabetic foot IV OPAT service including two half day out-patient clinics. Providing professional leadership and support for other pharmacy services as needed.



Liaising with nursing and medical staff, senior clinicians and managers to drive forward improvements within Antimicrobial stewardship Demonstrate a high level of commitment to and enthusiasm for research, audit and education in the clinical area. To be a line manager to designated staff within the team. To be responsible for managing attendance and performance, and identifying staff training needs through individual performance development plans. To participate in the provision of the Pharmacy on-call emergency duty service (2nd on-call).
